The website www.langssporen.nl of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park allows you to create personal routes in the Nature Park based on a certain navigation system. To save these routes, you need to have an account, with a user name and email address. The Nature Park will not use this information nor share it with third parties.

Exceptional and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website will never collect any data regarding minor visitors (< 16). Unless their parents or guardians have given their consent. Nevertheless, we cannot verify the age of any visitor. Therefore, we kindly advise parents to monitor their children’s conduct on the internet, to avoid any information about them being collected without parental consent. You may submit a request to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or request the withdrawal of your authorisation or email your objection to data treatment at info@grenspark-msn.nl. To make sure it is you who made the request, we will ask you to provide a copy of your valid ID. In this copy, you need to blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers underneath the passport), passport number and social security number. This is to protect your privacy. We will reply as soon as possible, at least within four weeks, on your request. Maas-Schwalm-Nette would also like to point out the option to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Personal Data Authority.

Maas-Schwalm-Nette takes protection of your data very seriously, taking appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired disclosure and unauthorised change.
